Have you ever given someone CPR?

CPR - The art of reviving life in a potentially soon to be dead person?

How did you feel?
Were you successful?

They were both 30+ years ago. I've blocked out most my memories of them. The first one ended up in court with me testifying, she died at a water park I was a lifeguard at, I spotted her, pulled her out of the water and tried to rescitate her. Her attornies tried to blame me for her death.

Do you blame yourself?
Not having a go but interested to know if there is guilt involved with trying to save someone that is dyeing.
In hindsight would you have turned a blind eye?
