Dumbest idea I've seen in a while... buyer has to send a check to Zilra, then wait for the check to clear, etc... $25 withdrawal?
 you might as well use an escrow service, or bitcoins or dozens of any other more thought out payment services...or am I missing something?

I had a word with them today and asked if they tested withdrawal to Payoneer debit card ( which is basically a US bank account ) - they said they haven't tried yet. But in general that was the key point to make it work.
