What do you think about this (non porn)
I bought a tech gadget through kickstarter that was cutting edge at the time, but when finally delivered (2 years late) it is still relevant, but not the quality expected and the customer service/tech support and online resources are worthless.
I know what needs to be done to turn it around from the online standpoint and I think I can grab a good number of the 5,000 or so users of the product right now with my own site and social media which can build up to 10k or more users by the end of the year. Presently 1/3rd of the users of this $500 item are based in the USA. The company has no affiliate program at the present which means I have no options for reselling the unit to make money, only some accessories. The customer data may have value to re-market them in the future. Have any of you built a community and what is the $ value per user etc? |
