You are right about it, BUT if you make your own tests then you can match your results and see that what they are saying is true, nobody has tweeted their way to the top, if any of the people above have PROOF than social media its a factor in the rankings please post it and discuss.... google 360 for example, which allows people to enter and take a 360 degree tour of your business from street view and lists on google+ and can embed anywhere. Helps and not too expensive, you need to use an authorized supplier.
