The tubes will soon have the same negative image as sea world and the zoos and circuses do for having captive animals. This is the best news for the porn industry, it brings profitability back into the industry while also protecting it from religious crusaders, its a lot easier to defend porn when its only being shown to adults.
The US appeals court just ruled on the FCC's reclassification. This is the beginning of the end for free porn as we know it at least in North America and Western Europe.

Doubt this will change much. Proxies, vpns, workarounds, it's no longer 2005, people / kids know how to use the Internet.
