You obviously did not watched movie "the raid" . There was one funny scene where hardcore gansters beside dealing with heroin and usual stuff like extortion and shooting people, they also shooting and distributing porn. So i think that gives enough answer what they think about it. And let's not forget numerous cases of death penalty for small offenses like having a marijuana.
