I just made two separate sales from google.ca. What do you think caused this? Indexing my links or pictures or something?

I'm waiting for the affiliate program to get back to me. I'm assuming not but I did run a campaign id on all links I just can't see it in the stats.
Usually it's clear as day how it happened. |
