Business Bad experience with Freedoom and Paypal transaction

I would like to warn you about the disreputable actions of Freedoom. Indeed, I have strong reasons to believe that Freedoom stole us entire source code of our chaturbate API that you can see for exemple here :

On May 3 he contacted my dev Sylvain to buy this script. The price was $900 and he sent us $450 as we agree on 50% before and 50% after the job was done.
after a misanderstood with my dev sylvain about the terms of sale of additional languages and feeds provided, we finally accepted to provide all feeds and all languages. (Each language and additional sources is in theory charged $100)

The same day, for an unknown reason, he opened a dispute on May 19 on paypal against us claiming that the website was not delivered. I immediatly asked sylvain who still had ftp access to delete files from its server.

We answered to paypal and finaly won the dispute few days latter saying that we are still available to ensure support and still waiting for an explanation for this complaint.

Freedoom never accepted to talk to me despite my proposal on this topic :

On June 14 Freedoom opened a new complaint this time doing opposition from his own bank for this reason : "item not received" . Paypal again debited my company account of $450.
we reuploaded files on his serveur and answered to paypal by saying "all the website has been installed on the website as you can see here http://www.yporncams.com owned by Freedoom.
Few minutes after, Freedom loosely moved its domain name on a sedo parked page in order to hide proof...

This time Freedom seems to have won the dispute. Indeed, Paypal told me today that I don't fill condition of the seller protection because it's an immaterial product.

However paypal conteste opposition to the bank and we are now waiting for review from his own bank (75 days).

For these reasons I strongly recommend not to go through paypal for this type of sale and be extremely careful when your source code is not protected....

If anyone has already known this kind of dispute on paypal I would be very grateful for his help.

I am pretty sure that Freedoom stole us our entire source code as we can see in its participation in this topic where guys are looking for chaturbate api plugin like mine :

Hello CPA-Rush, you have to know that Sylvain is just a dev.

You are right about one thing : when it comes to communicate, Sylvain is just a dumb ass... I have to fix its errors now.

I bought its script this year and Noracam.com belongs to me now. I only work with Sylvain, for web developments, from now.

Hi all,
I was thinking about creating a new thread to expose Tom and is friend Sylvain but after speaking with Tom and after to open two disputes against him one from paypal that I lost and another from payoneer that I also lost.
Why I open two disputes?

Long Short story: I contact Sylvain on May 3, to buy the script he told me he would rent the script for $49 a month and I told him that I prefer to buy it and host it in my server and he said the script was 900$.
The script will include : Translated admin (it was in french!)
All my whitelabels (6) that he will implement into his script
Unlimited licenses
The languages that you see in their demo
And he wanted me to pay full upfront. I usually don't deal like this because I've been scammed to many times and we agree 50/50, 50% first so $450 and the rest when he delivered the script because he had to make all the feeds and finish the script.
he told me he would delivery the script after 10 days.

After 7 days after I did the deal with him we were speaking with some details about the host and I asked him how easy would be to install the script into other domains he told me he would explain me but I had to pay for another license (first problem!)

after a few minutes of speaking with him he told me I can install to unlimited but he needed to make a tutorial to teach me...
On May 13 he deliverers the script, 10 days after like he said, but the problem was that he didn't add the feeds, he didn't translate the admin. basically he delivered the script like the demo...
He started to ask me which language I want in the front end site and instead of the 3 languages the site had now I could only choose one language (second problem!)

After we speak a little bit he want me to charge $50 for extra languages and a few minutes later it was $100 and he show me a link here on gfy were it clearly show that 3 languages were included: https://gfy.com/sell-and-buy-forum/11...how-feeds.html I show him the content looks like the guy didn't know what he write on it and it says only 2 feeds and suddenly he agree that I could kept the 3 languages but now I only have the right to choose 2 feeds after he agree to make me the 6 feeds for my whitelabel. (third problem!)
After all this problems I open my first dispute which I lost and Sylvain starting to beg to install the script again which he installed but never with the feeds we agree. I asked him to refund me because I don't deal with people that don't honor their deals! he never refund me and always "crying" to install the script. I tried again a dispute but this time with payoneer which I also lose.
That's where appears this guy Tom which looks like to be the guy who hired Sylvain (story told by him (Tom)) and after I talk to him to try to get my money back which I couldn't get it but we sort a kind of agreement, I was really tired about this no money and no script, which he would keep the 450$ and install the script with all the things Sylvain agrees to do. But now he says he don't have the money and I speak with Paypal and they say the money is in Tom's possession

This is the proof that paypal sent me saying Tom have the money but still he say he doesn't have the money

And the funny part is that Tom show me this thread today I didn't even know about this!!!

I have all the proofs with me but I can't get my money back it seems that this two guys aren't trustworthy I don't recommend no one to deal with this two.

ramzzy u are saying u don't know how this idiot Sylvain work ? i accused him for passing serious deceitful setup to one my domains. i'm happy it was not my biggest site also had so much problems with it, so fuck this domain .


freedoom sorry to hear this ,payoneer really sucks when it comes to chargeback. paypal seems like a joke and it's very easy to play their system . which its seem why many adopt it to send $$ for bitcoin .

paypal isnt fair for anyone
