these girls' "manager" is either an incompetent moron or they are full of shit, most likely the latter... if X was really "promised", any competent manager would have included it in a written contract...
so most likely they got a vague verbal "we'll see what we can do" and now are trying to extend their 15 mins of fame by threatening to file a bullshit lawsuit...

The opportunity to make money and show the kids a little bit about how business can work by selling their CD at the rally after the show would have been a huge thrill for them and probably would have made them quite a bit of money too. Everyone at that rally would have wanted to support them by buying a CD. This to me looks like a great little "handshake deal", and Donald Trump is a dick if he doesn't do the right thing.
