Technically you don't get paid for uploads, There is a "amateur verified" program, that if you upload videos, you get a revshare of the ads that are displayed around your videos. You have to have id's of everyone in the videos for the Amateur Verified program.

Thats of course nothing to do with the webmaster programs, they get paid for sending traffic to the site (by the thousands).

There are other ways to profit, but I'm not going to start down that path on this thread.
