Smart enough to read / study a certain topic, not smart enough to understand what they've read.
Has an opinion about everything but especially things they have zero experience in.
Will argue about the topics they don't understand until the end of time.
Cannot be wrong. No amount of proof is ever sufficient, they will double / triple / quadruple down on the stupid or deflect completely by calling you a troll.
