Looking to buy an HD antennae. Not looking to break the bank, but don't want to waste money either.

I've seen them go on amazon for $10 and up. Any suggestions or recommendations?

forget the cheap ones unless you live very close to the broadcast facility you want something good I have this mounted inside y attic and it works great

if you arent spending 50 bucks or more yer not gonna be happy with the reception, you dont have to break the bank but bottom line is if it doesnt look like an antennae its gonna suck for get the ones encased in plastic and the 20 dollar crap

I got one for around $30-$35 bucks it didn't work I live by the beach, no signal at all.

We have the Firestick, and between Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime we don't watch much regular tv these days.

A quality made antenna will last a long time, get a good one. If you can put one in your attic or on your roof get the one MikeSouth is talking about.

If you are more than 35 miles from the transmitting site, your results will not be what you expect. It's not like the old analog days where you get snow as you get further away. In the digital world, it's either on or off.

Have a Terk in Florida ( Pompano Beach, 800 feet from beach ) and I get all major Networks for a total of about 45 stations, all in HD.

In Montreal, in the city, I gret about 13 channels ...
