How do you REALLY disable website caching? - GoFuckYourself.com

So I check news sites like CNN a few times a day, and one thing I've noticed is that they never show me cached pages. I've tried the usual HTML tricks to disable caching but I never seem to have perfect success. How do sites like CNN.com do it?
