It's not just some random money floating around. The Saudi Royal Family are directly funding and aiding ISIS. THe email I posted is between Hillary Clinton and John Podesta. It's a very well documented and understood fact that Saudi Arabia (it's government AND private citizens), above any other nation, has done more to spread Radical Islamism through the middle east.
