You become the nationality when you are born there or the blood of your parents. A French-American would be French by parents and American born.

Who's this article saying's a true American? There's probably only a few 100% true Americans as most of the USA has ancestry from England, Spain & many other countries of the world.

I not English-Spanish, I'm British, living in Spain. If I had a sibling here, my sibling would be Spanish, with English parents.

How does Nationality make a person better?
