Quite simple "You?d think out of 320 million people they?d have come up with something better than this."
Seems the mirror does think Hillary is the better choice of the two evils though... with Trump and his bankruptcies and dodgy deals, & of course Clintons email scandal with lies about her role in the Benghazi terrorist attack. It's a good read & put's it into light how this can effect things for the British, especially with Russia using the English waters, & for me, now over in the med.
