What next?

I have small tube website with 10-15 unique views per day, it's currently sitting on 50th position on Google for 90,000 monthly US searches, and it's stuck. I have 600 embedded videos, but only 50 videos are indexed. I submitted sitemap via WMT three months ago, but no success.

I checked competition, they have same number of backlinks, but thousands of videos indexed. Also, I am trying to find someone for link exchange, I got no luck there neither. How to get this tube into top 10?

It is not about the quantity, it is about quality. For example, you can have a lot of backlinks, but most of them are from spammy or bad reputation sites, so it would be better to have a one link from authority site instead. The same with the embedded videos... What is your site?
