Trump has a 120,000 vote lead. Again it's silly. Why isn't there any discussion of Nevada where Clinton only leads by 20k votes? Why is it Jill Stein's collection efforts paying for the current recounts when Clinton has $150 million cash on hand?

I think there may be some threshold that the state's laws set -- this might vary by state also.

Elections are in the realm of each state. Federal election laws are just regulatory of state's election laws.
