This goes out to all the paysite owners on GFY

I am no expert on this matter. I have never run any pay sites and probably never will. But I do know people and have a good idea of which ones would still pay for porn.

It's all about micro niche. People will pay for it not only because you're the only one who provides it, but because they truly think it's worth paying for. Which is the type of customer you truly want.

I know a guy, extremely clever good hearted man, listens to death metal and always delivers on his promises. He hates people who do wrong to others, especially for no reason.

He also happens to love a very specific niche;

He is absolutely crazy about natural looking TS girls and lady boys wearing fur coats. He loves it to the point that he surfs the web for a paysite that will offer him that type of content, updated weekly. I assure you that he would pay up to 30 bucks monthly for this type of content.

My question to you dear paysite runners.. do you know your audience? Do you provide the hungry microniche lovers what they ask for?
How many men are out there with a fetish for the above mentioned? How many other micro niches of the like are out there? Maybe a thread about microniche ideas would help you guys, instead of fighting all the time..

Now get in your thinktank, and good luck to you all..

Wow, if it is that micro, it's hard.
The time, energy, money, and expertise needed to create a weekly-updated paysite for a micro-niche such as ladyboys in fur coats, may be prohibitive.

Currently, the community-driven forums with people sharing and selling on clips4sale, seems like the best method

All micro-niche sites are going to get copied. If there are enough people who like it. If there isn't, it goes bankrupt.

seems I always have a mass rise in both traffic & sales, when I'm shooting a full movie scene, something with a difference, & not the usual generic solo toy play clips at home.

To offer something new occasionally can boost your sales

Markham is actually correct.

Nobody in their right mind is going to post their micro niche here because if the insurmountable amount thieves & tube owners that post and lurk here.

Content creators like me have learned that GFY is a death sentence for anything we openly lay on the table here

To avoid having a site copied. Don't put it online. Your point about telling people about it here is only right before it goes online.

Unless your site has very little traffic, no affiliates and small. People will copy it.

People don't copy what they don't know about and even then the damage it causes depends on what they do with it Mr. Doom & gloom jeez

who says you have to be original to make money? How many here have ever done anything original ever? the list is pretty small. Lots of us took someone else's idea and made something better though.

You keep forgetting the goal isn't to make a difference in the industry, its to EARN. Pride/ego have no purpose in business..

I get that. But once it's online the job of driving traffic to it leads to other webmasters finding out about it.

There are no secrets online.

Incorrect

If you put stuff on tubes to advertise yeah, or other old school ways.

I never said original. In fact be original is often a disadvantage, someone who comes along and does it better will win.

That's how to earn the most money.

If the person shooting the content understands the niche it certainly is. Micro-niche devotees do know what they're buying so shooting it wrong is like saying a 30 year old is a teen.

Absolutely correct. I don't care if I sell blonde big boob MILFs, or anal interracial threesomes. That shit is everywhere and yet I make money off of it.

I am also not looking to do things 'better' than anyone else. I just want to do things well enough to MAKE MONEY. Which I do.
