FYI: The 9th circuit court is the most overturned court in America. About 90% of their cases that make it to the Supreme Court are overturned.

The judges at the 9th do not follow the constitution. They are activist judges.

How long until it gets to the supreme court? I'll give you a hint, how many months? Also, there have been no arguments on the case yet the supreme court will refuse to see it until the case matures. As they say, you can't harvest oranges from a seedling.

Trump fucked up doing an illegal temporary 4 month immigration ban that has been overturned and is now tied up in court for many more months than if the executive order has been done correctly, and not like a dictator.
