It doesn't say anything even remotely revealing or shocking, but i found the following very funny:

"DHS assesses that the types of systems we
observed Russian actors targeting or
compromising are not involved in vote tallying. "

The rest of this crappy document has fucking dozens of pages talking about how a TV channel (RT) under influence of the Kremlin has elements of propaganda. No shit! What a surprise! I could write a fucking report like this about CNN, same story - Dutch channels owned by our governemnt - exactly 1 on 1 the same story!

Russia didn't hack the election. No votes were changed. All Russia did if it was them, was hack the DNC email servers. DNC get better security.
