No fast BREXIT Britain?s Supreme Court rules

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world...835_story.html

Quote:
LONDON ? Britain?s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Prime Minister Theresa May must get Parliament to sign off before triggering Britain?s exit from the European Union.

The decision adds a significant hurdle to May?s promise to invoke Article 50 ? the never-before-used mechanism for getting out of the European Union ? by the end of March

yep, all thanks to immigrants who want to keep the gravy train on track, a Spaniard and some butt-ugly woman from somewhere unpronounceable.

the will of the people...

itīs only the same as the Trump disorganisation.

Everyone I speak to desires to remain in the EU. The NHS has gone to pot since the idea of Brexit & the vote. The thought of back turning, leaving the EU is stupid. Many businesses are pursuing to leave the UK if Brexit does follow through & considering the vote for Scotland to stay in the UK was under promise of staying in the EU, seems only a handful want to see the UK on itīs own & not part of a better, bigger EU.

Hope the government uses it intelligence to stay in

You must be in the 1% and only talk to the 1%. Or bullshitting.

Because since joining the EU, most Brits are poorer. Spain's in deep shit over the Euro. And running huge unemployment because of that.

Bullshit Markham.

Britain joined the EU in 1973. If you were old enough to vote in that referendum you are at least 62 now.

Tell me Paul did you migrate to take advantage of a low cost country before 1973 ?

Stupidity raises its head.

The EU wasn't around in 1973. That was the Common Market and a great idea. I voted for it.

Since being converted to the EU, life for most Brits have got worse. Lower or stagnant incomes, higher living costs especially in the area of housing, fewer job opportunities, and a worse future especially for the young.

All the time the EU has strengthened its grip on law making and power. The farce with the Euro has cost the UK lost exports to countries now deep in debt and more immigrants from those countries.

There are now 3.2+ million EU citizens in the UK. Many on benefits or putting a UK worker on benefits. There's no denying mass migration is holding down wages. These are the benefits they can claim.

Benefits.

Once they have been living in the country for three months they are entitled to claim:
Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance which applies to low-skilled workers.
Child Benefit
Child Tax Credits

Figures from the Department of Work and Pensions, obtained by The Times (Ģ), reveal the government paid out:
Ģ30 million in child benefit in 2014 to families with children living abroad - of these, two third of claimants were Polish
As of February 2015, DWP figures show there were 113,960 EU nationals claiming benefits - an increase of 21,870 since 2010.
Of these:
21,460 were claiming Jobseeker's allowance
17,000 were claiming employment and support and incapacity benefits
6,000 were claiming carer's allowance
4,000 were claiming lone parent allowance
3,900 were claiming disability allowance

EU Migrant arriving today
Working tax credit: Ģ1,370 a year for over-25s who earn less than Ģ9,850
Child tax credit: Ģ6,605 a year for one child or Ģ9,495 for two if they are working at least 16 hours a week with an income of less than Ģ9,850
Child benefit: Ģ1,076 a year for the eldest child if earning less than Ģ50,000
Housing benefit: Up to Ģ13,520 a year

Housing Benefit is a means tested social security benefit in the UK that is intended to help meet housing costs for rented accommodation. It is the second biggest item in the Department for Work and Pensions' budget after the state pension, totalling Ģ23.8 billion in 2013–14

A points system similar to Australia's would save a lot of money. Give Brits jobs and lower the pressure on the UK to borrow money. No one wants to deny those who bring something to the country, it's the rest who should be kept out.

I came here because of the numbers of beautiful women.

Until I retired I never claimed any benefits. Our company employed Czech people and all the money we took went into Czech banks. My contribution to the Czech Republic was good enough to get me a residence visa and the right to own a Czech Corporation. We weren't a one man band working from a bedroom, we employed 8 people, not all related to the porn side, and shot 2-4 models a week @ Ģ200 -Ģ300 a time.

Unlike you I use facts.

Facts Paul ?

You migrated to take advantage of the beautiful women ?

Ok so nothing to do with the costs of migrating to a low cost economy ?

If I could be bothered I am sure I could find the source of your wall of text - because I can absolutely guarantee that you did not write it.

If I could be bothered I would pick apart your "facts".

However I dont need to.

Markham you are a migrant and a hypocrite so shut the fuck up about how other countries should run their economies and stick to telling the porn industry how they should be running their businesses.

Or is it a case of do as I say, not do as I do ?

well this canīt be true either, considering it was a very close referendum. See the logic used by the idiots that want to leave, only idiots want Brexit, like only idiots want Trump

nice one Paul for your display of moronic mathematical wizardry

Hey, think of this logic...

Letīs call for Brexit, so we can become one again. Then half a country want this and half want that, same with Trump, itīs not making a country whole again, itīs created division

not true, I donīt get where your news comes from but Spainīs unemployment is lower than ever before & looking back to Britain joining the EU is more bullshit.

Those wanting to leave have not thought about the money that was given back to the UK for countrysides, NHS, roads and transport, the economy of Britain is going to be fucked, with state defence & much more.

Itīs all about Trump and the US wanting more soil in the UK, removing Britain from the EU, the US will put more US military bases in the UK.

Have a look at how many influential persons want to stay in the EU. People are dying in the A&E wards, because not enough money is still being put into the NHS. If Britain wasnīt leaving, Brussels would have put more into this area instead of leaving it to Britain.

The establishment hates the people, Brexit, and is on the EU's strings. So this comes as no surprise.

Saw this coming a mile off.

If Brexit doesn't actually happen whether it be a slow or long process, it makes any future vote in this shithole country worthless...
