Additionally, operators of any online news outlets ? including bloggers, and forum administrators ? would have to apply for a license from the state to operate their website, as well as submitting their name, address, and tax data. so it is exactly the same law that implemented Russia few years ago to fight with political opponents....note "license" - this is something that corrupted burreuacrats and politicians in Italy just love once again: is it fact or not ? despite russians' agenda.....
