I had this hard php/js thing to crack, worked like crazy for 2 days on it. (No, it wasn't about referrer header as I mentioned in my other thread. This one is still to be solved. Something else) So... I dreamt about it last night and today I just did what had appeared to be the solution in my dream and... it fucking worked!

Yes. For some reason I tend to work out problems in my sleep. If I come up with an answer I wake up and immediately right it down or record a voice note so I don't forget it. Brains are amazing.

The subconscious mind works in the background but only when the conscious mind is not engaged. I've had similar experiences. It's a pretty common phenomena talked about in psychology and self-help books. Focus on a problem intensely, then go do something else and relax when you get stuck.
