It is the Republican controlled House and Senate that is investigating the Donald not Democrats. It is a Republican controlled Justice Department that is investigating the Donald not Democrats.

I am not a "lib". They are investigating "Russia" in general with multiple aspects involved in the investigation, other than just hacking.

where's the crime? obama wiretaps that allegedly dont exist, but recorded flynn, haven't found anything. obama released NSA raw intel, allegedly to protect intel regarding trump & russia...where's this smoking gun?

We need to have independent committees conducting these investigations. This needs to be way above politics.

With Hillary Clinton, the Republican party relentlessly investigated her for no reason other than a political witch hunt. Benghazi was a terrorist attack that we didn't see coming and nothing we could have done would have changed the outcome. With the emails we knew it wasn't illegal to send classified information via a private server; In fact, this was common at the highest levels of government and ONLY Clinton was investigated.

Now we have Nunes in charge of investigating Trump. He is in charge of investigating Trump's campaign, Trump's transition team, and Trump's administration... Nunes was on the transition team - He is in charge of investigating himself. One of the highest presidential advisers - Flynn - has already resigned, and we not even two months in and already knee deep in a scandal that might end with the President being impeached.

The FBI & NSA are the investigations that matter. They have more tools than the House or the Senate but we will never hear anything about their investigation until it's completed. The FBI has field agents and the NSA has the data.. The House Senate depend on hearings and getting info from others..

It is my suspicion that the FBI investigation will take the longest of all of the investigations and the Director would not put a time frame of any kind on it. I don't think it's going to take years to investigate.

Trump was on the FBI's radar in 2013 when they tapped Trump Tower to sting the Russian mob, they had stuff on Trump then but didn't prosecute, though they arrested 30 monsters from Trump Tower
