I am looking to cast an adult star for a feature film (ironically it has no nudity but is extremely disturbing and has a lot of implied sexuality that I feel a mainstream actress wouldn't be as open minded about).

What are a few good resource for surfing through actresses?

Specifically I am looking for a female between the ages of 18-21, no tattoos, extremely innocent/cute looking (not going for the sexy or hot look), kind of like Nnubiles girls.

Tried mainstream route but it seem like a lost cause since not only would I have to find the perfect girl, but she has to be willing to do stuff that porn stars would typically do, yet without nudity. The films essentially about a serial killer that holds a couple every day looking people captive and puts them through various torments that can be interpreted as very disturbing/sexual based.

A model with an agent may not book direct anyway. Some do some wont.

You will pay a booking fee to the agent.

The pro is that she will show up when, where and how you need her to. Otherwise you are taking a chance that your mainstream production will be shut down by a flake.

Fair enough, already kind of had that happen but she wasn't in the adult business so could have been scared of the disturbing aspect of the film, hence why I am going the adult entertainer route. I will start reaching out to agencies.
