Business Best wire / check solution

Hi guys :-)
Soon I'll launch my program, and I'm searching for the best solution to pay my affiliates.
I don't know yet what solution to use for checks and wire.
For info : I don't have American bank account, just a French one.

Anyone as any system to recommend ?
