In America the inoculous emails were released but by but at strategic times during thdcfkection with buts highlighted by WikiLeaks as bring "suspicious" which fed our Fred media into a frenzy.

1) WikiLeaks weaponized information

2) Someone on the inside in America was telling them when to release the weaponized data.

3) Russia stole the data, filtered it through WikiLeaks and Trump asked them to steal more in national television live.
