I use it in tea with ginger. Great natural anti inflammatory. But it stains like a mofo so be careful

i take it every day in a green drink
don't know if it does any good i've read that it is not absorbed very easily, and it's best just to take the active ingredient itself, with black pepper you can buy that combination on amazon and in health stores .
