I don't see this as a Democrat / Republican issue. It's a government issue. My thoughts about this are unchanged - If there is enough evidence you have an ethics investigation, and if so called for our government then needs to remove them from office or have a criminal investigation.

I want to know why $15 million dollars of tax payer money was paid out.

This is the problem with our government - We only seem to investigate part of the problem. Take Hillary and the email nonsense - we knew other prior Secretaries of State had used the same email set up, but there was no talk about investigating them. Likewise, there was people in Congress doing the same thing. Jason Chaffetz was leading the charge here but he was the one handing out business cards with a Gmail address on it.

I don't read political "news" sites fapping off when ever a Republican says something bad. I read the news, not the political news, and it's only when political news makes the headlines that I am interested in political stuff. Today I am much interested in the missing submarine and the military coup in Africa - where the President just announced in the past hour he resigned.

Also... I don't think the "Russia stuff" is wrapping up. I think it is just getting started. They are going to interview Hope Hicks. After that they will come around to ask more questions, and then start poking holes in their stories. I hate to say this, but no matter what they will be caught in lies. I don't care how smart you are but if you put someone under oath for eight hours eventually they will tell a lie.

I also think there is a lot we don't know. We know Trump Jr. went to Russia, and met with the same people he met with in the Trump tower. This doesn't make sense - if the original meeting in Trump Tower was a waste of time, why was there a follow meeting with the same people in Moscow?

I also think the trials will go on for years.
