Yes, there's no way Jones would win without fraud.

And yes, there's a Voter ID law, which means some precinct official had to have helped with the cheating. Also, what about all the mail-in votes? Investigation under way.

This story will explain the absentee votes. In short, the Alabama Secretary of State reports that there were 5,333 provisional ballots issued for this election. Jones won by 20,715 so even if Moore gets 100% he still falls to get within the .5% margin for an automatic recount.

There is a big difference between a campaign for a judge's seat and a campaign that is under the national, if not world, microscope for a Senate seat. When the Senate seat campaign kicks up, during a time when every seat is sacred and half the country despises the person in the White House, both sides bring out the big guns and it becomes very difficult to keep the skeletons in the closet.

hey, i totally agree with you right there. the fact that it took that long to come out is absolutely horrible, he should have never been an elected official to begin or even a judge. But, those accusations are pretty damning and have been backed up by a lot of people and even direct evidence with people involved so although it is shitty that it took that long to come out, and it is shitty that it took an election to make it finally come out but he's still THAT guy, who did that horrible shit.
