It depends on the lettuce. Some lettuce is 99% water and contains few nutrients, but Romaine lettuce has more protein, iron, calcium, vitamin k and lots of vitamin C too. Always go for the red, green and dark colored lettuce. White lettuce is pretty weak across the board.
