You don't have to buy an SSL. CB gives you this for free. Simply ask them. You'll need to make a couple of DNS changes (no idea why 2).

Yes, they ask you to change nameservers. You do, then email them, and they'll then send you a second set of nameservers. You change it again and you'll be all set with SSL
