Anyone knows do they bank withdrawal of funds and how much it cost withdraw to EU bank?

You can't do that unless you are a business account holder.
That's the downside of FCP, you also can't transfer funds like FCP to FCP. |

It sucks for businesses too. They don't let you choose the withdraw currency. They auto exchange the money using a horrible exchange rate.
