Where do these silly ideas come from?

Seems Rhode Island is trying to pass a law that requires all computers to have a filter to block porn, and to have it removed you have to pay $20. LOL.

Interesting here Roc: and/or patently offensive material. Basically not only a porn block but an anything patently offensive block. Such as, the ginger man by j.p. donleavy, catcher in the rye, gustave courbet’s the origin of the world, etc. no big deal. At least alex jones was stifled
