I have one VPS account available on our VPS box. We do not use cPanel but we use Direct Admin, very similar.

You can have as many domains as you like.

2 vCPU
4 gigabytes of RAM
100 GB hard drive
$40 a month

On top of that, DirectAdmin is a much better control panel. Much more intuitive, and not bogged down with shit you don't need/want.
