    K i n k o l o g y . com - worth anything, or should I dev?

    Hi guys,

    I spoke to a few of you a few years ago about this, but I'm thinking things may have changed a little by now.

    Is this domain likely to be valuable if I sell it now , or should I develop?

    If you were to dev, would you go -

    1. Link list
    2. Community
    3. Members site (no experience here but I'd consider)
    4. Member site reviews...
    4. Other?

    I'm interested to hear all ideas! Thanks in advance.

              It's just a name mate.

              If you want to build something, do it. The success will come from having a vision and doing lots of hard work. You'll need a decent domain name, but it doesn't matter all that much in the end - it's not what decides the success of the project.

              That said, I think it's a decent domain, and it's worth some money - not a fortune though.

                  Thanks mate. I don't think I'll sell it (may as well keep hold of it and dev if it's not worth big bucks!) but how much do you think it'd be worth as-is? Few hundred?

                                  Always better to develop a brandable. The hard part of selling these types of names is that you usually have to pitch sales as to why this would be a good purchase. Find a specific buyer and explain to them why it's the name they need.
