I have money in there which is proving problematic to get transferred to my bank account and I wanted to see if others had any issues but I see the thread has since been deleted.

I noticed that as well. Yesterday I opened an account with them. It got verified in under an hour. The option to order a card is currently disabled so I'm waiting.

I also noticed that the thread disappeared.

What is the problem? I just connected CB to them and was planning to use bank transfer to get it out.

No problem now it seems, it just that they refused the first 3 withdrawal requests and after sending them proof of identity and proof of address they then wanted proof that I owned the company I was withdrawing the money to and today they asked me what it was I do, what services I offer and if I had a website. So I check GFY and see the thread is gone I'm like wtf strange?

But they started the transfer today so I'll let you know how long it takes to hit my bank.
