We can't really judge either for a while longer.

For example, I used to think Bill Clinton was a good president and I think there were certainly things he did that were good, but he also oversaw some things and signed some things that helped lead to the economic crash of 2008.

15 years from now if there is a lasting peace with NK and they have done away with their nukes, Trump will get a lot of credit and, at least for that thing, he will be looked on favorable. Of course, if he steers us into another endless war with another Middle Eastern country all bets are off.
