SpunkyCash/Spunky
When people do shady things, i do like to go public. I am aware he's no longer in this industry but you never know, people try to take another stab at it. He also attends shows so..
He basically does whatever his models ask, and his model decided she doesn't want her content on the web anymore so he's sending out DMCA's to all her content from SpunkyCash Productions, content to which he does not own. Content she had done well after leaving him Obviously this will be handled legally but figured I would bring the shady business to the public as people should know what theyre getting into when dealing with somebody. Same guy who ripped off his models and been sued by them. Piece of advice, if you are going to pull shady stuff, at least do it to companies outside of your legal jurisdiction, make it a little harder for them

Youre claiming she used your legal information to take it down despite she literally told me that you were going to handle it for her, she has no idea about this stuff, said that you are helping her take it all down, i said what about affiliate content and she told me "he's got it handled" and under one of my affiiate accounts, i got notified.
But easy to pass blame, i know this model very well, as well as your relationship with her. She is not the one taking down the content. She said it was you when we were friendly chatting, not as a threat, before she had any idea that I would be angry about this. So she had 0 reason to lie about who was taing down her content. From what i know, you have been sitting on the same solo sites since a decade ago? nothing is being produced for as far as i know. i classify people in the industry as people still doing business with people, thats what I was referring to. An old network on autopilot isn't something that takes alot of new deals. SweetKrissy didn't sue? Interesting, 4 of your models , including her said this. And said you were caught and settled, had to pay her quite a bit. Well she said you were nice to help her take down all the affiliate content and now its down and then you are claiming its her. Why would i email? so you can deny? I was told by a very good source it was you and it happened the next day, with your company information on it. You would obviously say you aren't. You will not admit to doing this.

Show me the conversation of her saying it was her and you telling her to stop. You can send it privately or publically. Because you will have to present it either way if SoloRevenue goes the legal route
Either way, i have good reason to think its you when i am told that you will be the one doing it and its down. And this account is one that you didn't know about, so it would be easy to think i would not know about it. And it has your company information all over the takedown notice. So it's up to you to explain, it's not up to me to know you have some rogue employee. Ha

i gave her access to the email account to send them out for a bunch of videos from misskorinabliss and korikitten that she didn't want posted, she sent it for your video which i apologize for. it was wrong and i've gone off on her for it and she can't do it anymore.
and no krissy didn't sue, and no i didn't settle with her. i know exactly what you're talking about but there was alot of exaggeration and honestly you came a long at the perfect time and taking hailey saved me a lot more headaches ![]() and i told kori that i would email affiliates to remove any misskorinabliss content as that site is clearly closed and has been for quite some time. and yeah you could have emailed, i would have apologized like i did above and said that it wouldn't happen again and that I was sorry it did.

I remain extremely skeptical that you weren't involved in this since she said this was her plan and that you were handling it and she had no reason to lie about it at the time. And I think its easier to do something and apologize later than actually do the right thing from the start. I expect a screenshot of her admitting it wasn't you, prior to this conversation. Since you said it exists. Or else I am going to assume it was you since now you are also admitting it came from your server/email.
If it was me, i'd show a screenshot and let it be done with. I would then go after the right culprit and would not apologize as all the evidence was stacked up against you and she did it from your server with your comany information, etc - you gave a model the power. to act on your behalf "and i told kori that i would email affiliates to remove any misskorinabliss content as that site is clearly closed and has been for quite some time." but then you claim shes the one who actually did it when caught?

convenient.
well if she admits it to me, i will go after her. and i suggest dont let a model send out dmcas on your behalf. especially one doing it for the reason of taking down ALL her content and any trace of her. you knew her reasoning and anybody with common sense would know what she wanted and would most likely do. I spoke to her for two seconds and realized she would be taking down everything and from everywhere and breaking laws really think about it "hey spunky, im a model and i need everything removed off google that connects me to being in adult" "can i have access to your email so i can send out dmcas" "okay but only send it to affiliates and for my content" ? you dont see an issue here? when she tells you thats her intention, which she did. you dont give her the keys to the kingdom

In social life, i believe everything should be kept private but in this industry, its the one tool to keep people honest. So many things stay behind doors and they keep how often these kinds of things happen a secret as well. If everybody made things public, you could easily refer back to their history of doing things like this. Alot of deals are done in trust in this industry and if you don't have to answer to your actions, there's no reason they wont continue to conduct business in the way they see fit. Which is usually what benefits them the most. If there were other measures that worked, I would be all over them
I just had somebody come to me regarding a post I made about another person who didn't come through on their promises and they said they just did the same to them, I told them to go public but they refused because they think that will make it hard to get what they want out of that person. That's how it goes, they continue to act unprofessionally because it's rare that people act on things. This is why I always take the legal route, as well as public. If everybody managed their business with that attitude, the industry wouldn't have been taken over by theft. Every action would have gone public, every person would have taken the legal route and they wouldn't have gained the traction they did. Use the tools you have to stop people from conducting their business unprofessionally
