I would like to add search queries on my sites but would like to make sure to ban all forbidden keywords ( underage, rape etc... )

Does someone have a list of adult banned keywords?

This isn't fresh data but I think Visa/MasterCard regulations include these (and they will bot-crawl sites for them, so could be a problem even if they're in the comments):

The one that surprises me is "dream" - obviously it has to do with sleep and unconscious state but if I were to publish "I have a dream" speech on a porn site there may be unexpected interest from compliance departments... sigh.

Not all the billers will enforce these. It depends on location, legislation, their dealing with banks etc.
So - probably not the most accurate list but it's pretty thorough.

Adding to what Natalie said: some of those terms are not outright banned, but may be taken into context based on words around them (based on documentation I requested from one of our billing providers).

PornMySex, if you're adding a search engine to your site, just don't have banned content to begin with. That way if someone searches for it, it will show no results. The end.

I wonder if search engines also look to this like CC companies do in matter of ranking the site lower if they contain such words/tags/keywords
