The FISA court was only notified by application which was only signed by the judge..

Mike Rogers knew exactly what was going on.... He had been keeping a close eye on the court/process since he shut down 3rd party FBI database 702 query access...

"The NSA compliance officer identified several strange 702 “About Queries” that were being conducted. These were violations of the fourth amendment (search and seizure), ie. unlawful surveillance and gathering. Admiral Rogers was briefed by the compliance officer on October 20th, 2016. (October 21st the warrant was issued)

Admiral Mike Rogers ordered the “About Query” activity to stop, reported the activity to the DOJ, and then went to the FISA court.

On October 26th, 2016, full FISC assembly, NSA Director Rogers personally informed the court of the 702(17) violations. Additionally, Rogers also stopped “About Query” permanently."

Now we know what that Tarmac meeting was really about..... Mike Rogers shut down their 3rd party access.... So they move in for a FISA... They originally attempted the FISA in June but it was rejected... It took them months to setup the work around... They needed an "emergency" situation for Lynch to be able to personally order the FISA.. So what did they do? Hyped the Russia collusion and dossier (Leaked/Planted stories) which is now admitted as being partially created by Nellie Ohr.. And no doubt having 702 FBI database query information because they got the wrong Cohen in Prague. Days before the FISA was issued all hands were on deck.. Hillary accused Trump of being Putin's puppet... Obama formally accuses Russia in "meddling" and you officially have an "emergency" situation...

What brings this about? Because we were just told by the court.. But not yet "officially" told..

If Obama/Hillary/Lynch/Comey etc did what it now 100% appears they did... There was very good reason for Mike Rogers to break ranks and warn Trump.. They were going to take him out... It was him or them....

This isn't coming from CTH. CTH is referenced which is also referencing government documents.... As in actual documented evidence of things that actually happened unlike Cohen visiting Prague in your favorite fiction story. The court telling you there were no hearings on the warrant is the 2nd link and actually what this thread is about..

All you can hope for now is they keep Obama "supposedly" out of the loop because there will be demands for treason/sedition trials no doubt...

Actually you can forget about that one.. Why? Because if you remember, Susan Rice sent herself a departing email moments after Trump was sworn in memorializing a meeting... She implicated everyone in that meeting... Obama included.. She wasn't going to be left the bag holder..
