What are the advantages over proxypass, for example.

Hey Duke!
Apologies for the tardy reply...As one of our clients put it very succinctly: "other password protection products are reactive, not proactive." What does that mean? Software like ProxyPass, Password Sentry, and StrongBox, all react to business breaking issues. Are your users sharing passwords, or being compromised? Then competitors are actively letting them in, until it detects there's a pattern of issues. Login3 is proactive. It places rules on user accounts through 2FA and other systems that make sure they are who they say they are before they even get through the door. We still have brute force protection, and reactive systems to detect improper patterns, but we're also proactive so that those systems are not the primary line of defense. How is ProxyPas's support? Their documentation? The reason I ask it, the integration of systems like that is always difficult, and it never quite fits. With Login3, you have full customization over the login page design, as well as what users experience and how it's experienced. From a technical perspective, as far as I'm aware, ProxyPass uses an Apache module to sit between the user, and the web server. From our perspective, that's a very invasive way to integrate a password protection system, and as a result, it becomes a problem for hosts. Our software still uses Apache, but it uses other methods of integration. We're confident that our system can work alongside almost any other website without modifying Apache itself or installing third party modules. Hope this helps! |

Thanks dude!!
Also, I forgot to metion Login3 core software comes standard at all pricing points. High performance MySQL / indexing is standard, and should be. We implemented SSO on our members sites, and we're not charging extra for something like that. The only thing we charge extra for is support and email delivery, and only because there are some clients who probably want to use their server's email system and not ours. |
