They should have another public confirmation hearing to address the new ethics complaints and new data acquired from the renewed FBI investigation.

Another twist... it's possible that John Roberts could transfer the case from Merrick Garland to another district because of "conflict of interest" , so John Roberts would decide who rules over Kavanaugh's fate, not Merrick Garland.

You should know too. The chances are stacked against him getting disqualified. Unless the extremely short investigation turns up something real and fast mcconnell has already said he's forcing things through for a vote. Do you think they will find something that fast to get those very few senators to change their mind and vote against their own party?

I think it's ridiculous to rush this shit as well, more so because it is a life long appointment. but the odds aren't exactly favourable for them finding enough in that time.
