What to do when DMCA's go ignored?

I sent DMCA's to the registered domain owner, host, and registrar, and still unable to get content removed or even a reply.

What is the next step?

As you know, the domain owner probally is not the correct addy. The best thing to do is file a request with Google, Yahoo and other local Search Engines. I am sure you know that too. In the end, you can kill the search ability. I would also find out if they are advertising online and file a request with the ad firm. In the end, search can be killed and if they continue, you can file a local lawsuit for damages in small claims. They won't show up. Get 5k in small claims (USA) and then file a lien on the company via US courts and take the domain. That has been done before.

Just keep sending them. They'll ignore you for as long as possible. Going after the company that hosts the site is usually what gets you a reply. Make sure they're CC'd in and the DMCA is in order. Good luck.

I bet their host is based in Russia, can you post their host company? I am curious, maybe I have had "dealt" with them.

These are the last ones I still have problems with:

spunkybabes.net - domaincontrol.com DNS - same owner of pornogirl69.com <- hostgator (i dmca'd hostgator and they said spunkybabes.net is not on their server)

dailyasiangirls.com - toovibe.com DNS

imgjuicy.com - emails bounce, now just DMCA'd cloudflare (they usually come back with great info)

retropornpost.com - this guy has a ton of sites, no reply, no action, also hiding behind other DNS (NS1.AWMNS.COM)

To be fair with that site, they are not hosting any image or linking to illegal downloads, the photos on their site are all hotlinked from other blogs on the Internet, I don't think DMCA covers this.

DomainControl is Godaddy by the way, and toovibe is WiredTree, AWNS is AWM LAB LTD (small offshore hosting in the British Virgin Islands, good luck with that)

Do a whois and send notices to upstream providers.

I do. Sometimes on the first try! Tends to get more immediate attention if I notify their host(s) and Registrars in the same "To:" field.

In my experience it's best to use one of the companies that specialize in getting content removed. Can be expensive though. We tend to just get content taken down when they are using a great deal of it.

If anyone can get content removed from file.al and picstate.com (hosting images) - then I would be very impressed!

file.al - Did you try the TLD admin? https://akep.al/e-ankime or [email protected]
picstate.com - Just continually hit Cloudflare at [email protected]. They are in hot water, for repeat infringement, at the moment and may suspend them.
