I'm simply stating that whoever did it:
1. is smart enough to actually make / purchase a bomb
2. should therefore be smart enough to know that it is a STUPID plan
3. therefore knew it will NOT work and NO ONE will die
4. had some attention grabbing agenda in his mind, this or that sort
