Read and weep Red Hats... politico has had people camping out the court house and using public requests to get access to dockets as well as simply watching who came and went. On Oct 1st the special counsel filed a case and its been getting moved very fast through the court. The case was so imporant they brought in all 10 district judges to look it over and 1 had to recuse himself.. That judge was Trump pick Gregory Katsas.. Trump is gonna see the Grand Jury... the case is set to see the court room 2 days after the midterms. MAGA on impeachment day..

It was only a matter of time. We all knew this was coming.
There is no reason Trump cannot be subpoenaed and ordered to answer questions in person under oath. Submitting to written questions and written answers is not acceptable - It will give Trump's attorney's time to answer questions that only Trump himself will be answering. No one is above the law. You can believe they are going to fight this tooth and nail, and it will land in the Supreme Court. I also think that any judge appointed by Trump should not be allowed to make a decision on this. #winning Trump - and all of his legal team - must understand that at some point he will no longer be in office AND the Democrats will be in power... And they will have the ability to drag his ass in court any time they want. And you damn well know they will.
