I need a WP plugin recommendation (paid or free) that allows me to put NATIVE AD like picture/text boxes at the bottom of my blogs' posts and on my side bar

Exactly. Just insert the sponsored iframe into your theme (you have to alter your single.php file). Or alternatively you can use special pluginls like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-quote/
It's called "WP Quote", but actually it allows you to insert any HTML code (including banners, iframes, javascripts or anything else) below every post of your site.

WP Quote does the same, but it's much easier. It inserts a random ad (actually any HTML code) from your list below every existing post, without physical modification of that post in the database. IF you want these ads to be changed, just update your ad list in the plugin settings. If you want them to be removed from your site, just disable the plugin.

If your theme has a footer and sidebar widget then just open the customizer and add an HTML widget.

But I'd like to do it for my own content not ads from ad networks. Is there a plugin for this?

Didn't you read my post? Put there your own content in HTML format. What's a problem?
