The project had a budget of just $100,000, in a race that cost approximately $51 million, including the primaries, according to Federal Election Commission records.

And you have no idea how much was spent by Russia, only things tied to social media adds that were not even 10% of the fake social engagement perpetrated.

At least he is reading....
