FoxNews poll: 1/3 of Trump supporters not definite they'd vote for him again

Trump is toast!

The 3% that said they would definitely vote for someone else is a lot more than that 40,000 vote lead that got him into the White House via electoral college

"He needs to expand his appeal and do better than break even on the economy if he wants another four years."

"Seven percent said they would probably vote for someone else and 3 percent said they would definitely vote for someone else."

"One-third of folks who voted for President Donald Trump in 2016 are not certain they would again in 2020, according to a new poll from Fox News released this week."

1/3 of Donald Trump supporter not definite they'd vote for him again | FoxNews

One-third of folks who voted for President Donald Trump in 2016 are not certain they would again in 2020, according to a new poll from Fox News released this week.

The survey asked participants whether they would vote for Trump if the 2020 election were held today. They could choose among seven options: "definitely vote to re-elect Trump," "probably vote to re-elect Trump," "probably vote for someone else," "definitely vote for someone else," "too soon to say," "wouldn't vote" and "not sure."

Among Trump voters, 67 percent said they would definitely vote for the president again, which leaves about a third who chose a different answer.

Seventeen percent said they'd probably vote for Trump if the 2020 election were held today. Seven percent said they would probably vote for someone else and 3 percent said they would definitely vote for someone else. Six percent said it was too soon to say.

Overall, 30 percent of respondents said they would definitely vote for Trump's re-election, and 8 percent said they probably would. Nearly half of the respondents—47 percent—said they would definitely vote for someone else, while 7 percent said they probably would vote for someone else.

The Fox News poll surveyed 1,006 registered voters from December 9 through December 11. It had a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

He's played a dangerous game when it comes to elections. He has pandered soley to his base and pretty much said, "fuck everyone who didn't vote for me." If any of that base erodes he's going to have a tough time winning again. Not to mention all the legal trouble and other drama surrounding him.

According to the poll of registered Trump voters who voted in 2016 Trump's eroded 10% of his base, and this is before the results of the various state & federal criminal investigations.

"Seven percent said they would probably vote for someone else and 3 percent said they would definitely vote for someone else."

I am still stunned that anyone voted for him in the first place.

He didn't win the last election. A rigged electoral vote handed it to him.

LOL, Blade thinks someone actually legit voted for Trump?

But let's give you the benefit of a doubt, and assume your misguided worldview is true, and assume this article is accurate. I would credit CNN and MSNBC for teaching people to stop thinking for themselves and beat into their heads daily, the correct opinion they're supposed to have about Trump. This is journalism at its finest.

They're slowly but surely chipping away at the wall until eventually it will crumble down to nothing.

Trumps managed to turn Republicans and GOP... into the party of Trump. It's going to be interesting where they go this year once Trumps removed from office.

Mueller's investigation is almost finished, and the Dems now control the house. I predict, or at least I fucking hope, Trump gets kicked out wearing handcuffs.

Never ever trust any poll. They lead to false narratives.

Case in point, Hillary was going to win in a landslide.

Trump quotes polls all the time, but only the good ones. If the poll is bad for him, Trump says not to trust polls.

It's still amazing that 2/3 out of any voters polled would still vote for that incompetent old fool.

Never posted a poll result on here in my life.

Laughed at all the "Hillary has won it by a landslide" threads and posts, only for everyone to have a mental breakdown when it never happened.

Now another poll comes out and it's "Omg Trump is toast" LOL !!!

No legit pollster said that. They mostly agreed that Hillary would win but it would be close.
